At the end of the regular season, each league will play a single elimination tournament.  The championship game for all leagues will be played on one Saturday in March (Championship Saturday), at either Lawrence Central Highschool or Lawrence North Highschool.

Free Throw and Hot Shots Shooting Contests 

Contests for all participants will take place at Half Time of the Boys Championship Game at the end of the season.

Each team shall select one player for each contest.  Each Coach is free to choose his own competition selection process.  Please have a separate player for each contest.

Free Throw Rules:  Each Player can take up to three warm up shots however, warm up shots cannot count toward a player’s 10 free throws.  Contest will be the Best of 10 free throws.  Tie breaker will be best of 5 free throws followed by Best of 3 free throws (if necessary) until a winner is established.  Players must start and end the shots behind the free throw line.

Hot Shots Shooting Contest Rules:  Each player will be given three warm up shots from any spot.  Contest will be the most points scored within a 60 second timed period.  Both players will compete at the same time.  Points will be assigned to a designated shooting area.  Under the basket-1 point, 2nd spot on free throw lane-3 points, behind free throw line 6 points. Tie breaker will be the most shots made during a 30 second timed period.  If additional tie breakers are required, each period will be for 15 seconds each.  Players must start their shot and release the ball behind the appropriate spot.  Players are responsible to retrieve their own rebounds. 

The winner will be the highest score and the runner up will have the 2nd highest score.  If there is a tie, there will be a tie breaker round.
